I realized I didn't say enough about what my New Year's Resolution currently entails. "Self-discipline" is a nice motto, but it has to be actualized somehow. Sure, I've made checklists, but what's on 'em, besides blogging? Here's my current list:
Aforementioned daily blogging
At least 20 minutes daily exercise
12:30 bedtime
5-minute shower (no more 20-minute-plus camping trips)
Strict adherence to my Atkins-like low-carbohydrate diet
January is "drug free month": no
I don't do some of these anyway, but I can still take credit. :-)
I'll re-evaluate in February what I think is sustainable and desirable.
We'll see how it all goes. It's an easy plan to say. (B)
