Issues for digital artifact photo archiving [Part 3]

In parts 1 and 2 of this series, I took a look at some basic issues of digital imaging of historical artifacts. In this part, I develop a brief worksheet for inventory reporting for artifact photo collections...

Reporting Worksheet: Artifact Photo Collection

Use this worksheet to report information about a collection of artifact photos. If more than one distinct collection is available at the current site, please report each on a separate worksheet. All questions on this worksheet are strictly voluntary; if you don't know the answer to a question, or just don't care to answer, please feel free to leave it blank.
