More about my Resolution

I realized I didn't say enough about what my New Year's Resolution currently entails. "Self-discipline" is a nice motto, but it has to be actualized somehow. Sure, I've made checklists, but what's on 'em, besides blogging? Here's my current list:

  • Aforementioned daily blogging

  • At least 20 minutes daily exercise

  • 12:30 bedtime

  • 5-minute shower (no more 20-minute-plus camping trips)

  • Strict adherence to my Atkins-like low-carbohydrate diet

  • January is "drug free month": no

    • Alcohol
    • Caffeine
    • Nicotine
    • Sugar/carbs
    • THC

    I don't do some of these anyway, but I can still take credit. Smile
    I'll re-evaluate in February what I think is sustainable and desirable.

We'll see how it all goes. It's an easy plan to say. Fob
