I previously dropped Schlock Mercenary from my webcomics list. However, the story arc involving Piebald ended and I really missed the big color Sunday strips, so I tried it again for a while…
Today's strip bounced me again, though. I mean, the joke isn't that clever—certainly not clever enough to justify the complete suspension of disbelief required to accept the scenario. Yeah, a mercenary crewmember comes into the toilet and starts berating the captain for his actions. The captain just sits there and takes it. Uh huh.
There's way too little Schlock in this serial, and way, way too little Mercenary. I give up. Again.
Anybody know any good webcomics that post reliably on the weekend? (B)
