I can't resist this sort of challenge. It took me about 30 minutes to figure it out. I hereby deliver the challenge to you, Dear Reader. Can you decipher this shirt? Please post your answer in the comment section of this page to avoid spoilers for others.
It may help to know that the photo was likely taken around 1983 or 1984. It may also help (or not) to know that the slogan is somewhat commercial in nature. Even the bandana may be significant (I'm not really sure).
