Routine sleep necessary -- so is Exercise

OK. Yet again when I was taking my son to the doctor's office I was reading an article that lack of sleep can cause health problems ranging from diabetes to heart attacks. I've also heard that exercise will ward off these problems.... so I've made it a number one priority in my life to get exercise as much as I can and regular sleep.  I continue to take off weight... and my energy level has increased -- should reach my goal by February, yay!
