Exercise: Day Two
Ok, so I got a bit of a cold on Saturday, needed to sleep and rest -- feeling much better though still have a lingering cough.
I managed to go to the gym again tonight about 45 min, 3.28 mi, about 500 cal -- all in all pretty good. I feel I have energy now. I'm definitely going to have to keep this up, hard to get motivated to go but afterwards I feel really toned. As long as I take really good music along with me I'm set, I lose myself in another world when I'm working out. YAY for the release of endorphins and less stress!!! And I know down the road I will get my school work done faster since I can think more clearly.
