It's been a frustrating few days here at FOB central.
First off, it appears that I have to turn on moderation of anonymous comments. As far as I can tell (not very), someone was actually bothering to hand-spam anonymous comments. Talk about a lowlife ruining it for everyone! You'd think captchas would send a sufficient message, but no…
Second, there's a bad bug in the Drupal forum software. I don't know when or how it got there. Any forum post gets a topic ID of 0, which causes it to be marked as "moved" to nowhere in particular. Thus, to post requires hand-modifying the database.
I've tried to debug, without success. It's quite frustrating. Maybe I'll give it another try soon. (B)
