Just a reminder that the poster session Apr. 21 is quickly approaching. Please keep in mind the following dates (I have pushed the dates out as I'm sending this a little late): April 8th (Fri) - Final copy poster due for printing April 18th - Presentation test runs (meet Mon evening?) April 21st - Dday for our presentations (setup at 11am) I would like to plan to have digital pics taken for us to share and put on Bart's site if you all don't have objections to it. + This is a general poster session for all scientists(biology, chemistry....) not just computer scientists. + Bart recommends (but not required) that we should all have a Bio box on our poster + Tektronix printer prints on strips 3' by 4', Bart would prefer our posters be only 1 strip (but if need two please feel free to discuss with him) + Lead time for printing is 5 days. + Good to have copies of paper or an abstract printed out for people to take with them (if you have a url, put it on)
