I finally got an e-mail list up as fob@fob.po8.org. To edit your subscription options, visit http://nexp.cs.pdx.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/fob and follow the instructions there. Next up will be autosubscribe to the e-mail list on registration, but this looks hard with Drupal and Mailman, so not soon.
