FOB info sections added to user profile

I've added three fields to the user profile information for FOB: Full Name, Relationship to Bart, and Bio. The first two are mandatory for new accounts. (I am also asking for all new accounts to use some variant of their full name as the username, to reduce confusion.)

For those of you who already have an account, it would be great if you felt like editing your profile to include this info. For those who have applied for an account, but have not been granted one, you might try re-applying with the new info filled in.
