Upgraded to Drupal 4.6.5

The Drupal running FOB is now version 4.6.5. I've enabled anonymous comments again, but now with captcha support—we'll see how much that helps.

The old site (Drupal 4.5.3 + final database snapshot) will be available for a brief while at fob-old.po8.org for reference purposes.

Let me know as you see problems.
